Laela Barre is one of Vermont’s leading bridal hair and makeup professionals. Being part of the destination wedding industry is a dream come true and working with the bride and the bridal party is an honor!
She is a self-taught makeup artist and a licensed cosmetologist who began rigorous training during her apprenticeship with Justin Cruz, celebrity hairstylist. After completing hands on training for two years she went on to open her own private studio in the heart of Burlington, Vermont where she resides now.
Continuing education is a big part of the hair and makeup industry as a whole, which is important to Laela as well. She is planning of attending the International Beauty Show in the March 2018 and attending a Eva Scrivo Balayage class in November. She has goals to become a certified Balayage Sunlight Ambassador in early 2018 and attending as many classes as she can around her flourishing bridal hair and makeup business.
