As a young artist, I was drawn to colors, textures, and pictures.. I could often be found hours into an art project that I had to see through to the end…..as it was the best feeling to complete a work of art.
I happened upon makeup artistry by accident. As a young adult I started working for Lancome and then Estee Lauder, and I realized that the face was just a different canvas to work with! After many years of painting, drawing and sculpting this felt very natural. My love for art and the joy I feel when I help others to accentuate their beauty makes my job so rewarding!
Over the years I have been so lucky to work on live TV, commercials, magazine shoots, boudoir shoots, fashion shows, stage and even a TV show. In addition to that, I’ve done hundreds of weddings over the years, which is truly an honor and something I will always love to do! At 43 years old, I went to cosmetology school so that I could add to my “beauty toolbox”, so to speak. I now get to do hair at a salon a few days a week too!
I hope you can see by my website that this isn’t just a job, but truly my passion. The best part of my job is making people feel beautiful.
If I’m not busy making people feel beautiful, I’m at home with my husband of 22 years, or enjoying all of the beauty that Vermont has to offer! Life is good!
